Decision Sparring for Leaders and Leadership Teams

A thinking partner who challenges your reasoning and stress-tests your assumptions before you commit.

The sessions deploy the Adversary Advantage system: a six-step decision architecture built on game theory, Red Team Thinking, behavioural economics, and naturalistic decision-making.

For Individual Leaders

Decision Sparring Sessions

One-to-one sessions for leaders carrying decisions where the consequences are real and reversibility is limited.

What happens

You bring a decision. We challenge it. We surface what you are assuming, what you are avoiding, and what would need to be true for the decision to succeed.

This is not advice. It is structured challenge from someone with no stake in your answer.

Format

90-minute structured session. In-person, video, or telephone, in English or French.

Output

Written summary of assumptions surfaced and questions raised, delivered after every session.

Entry point

Engagements start from £900. A 15-minute initial conversation confirms fit before any commitment.

Continuity

Some leaders work with us once. Others return when the next consequential decision arrives. No retainers required.

For Leadership Teams

Leadership Team Decision Alignment

Facilitated sessions that surface where a team is genuinely aligned and where assumptions are doing the work instead.

The common pattern

A leadership team agrees on a direction. We surface that each executive holds a different assumption about implementation. The decision proceeds with explicit checkpoints that were not there before.

The aim is real alignment, not the appearance of consensus.

Format

Half-day facilitated sessions or embedded decision sprints. Shaped by context and the decision at hand.

Output

Documented assumption map and explicit alignment checkpoints for the decision going forward.

Who This Is For

Leaders who value challenge over comfort.

People who want their thinking tested before they commit.

Executives who understand that the cost of an unconsidered assumption is higher than the discomfort of examining it.

Those who are prepared to leave a session with more questions than they arrived with, and to find that useful.

Who This Is Not For

If you are looking for validation, this will not work.

If you want someone to confirm what you have already decided, or to tell you what to do, this is not the right fit.

If the aim is to feel more confident rather than to think more clearly, there are better options.
